Once a paper is accepted the registration phase begins. The authors have to complete following FOUR steps.
Step 1 – Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.
Make sure to inform the sender bank with FULL AMOUNT + USD 25 for Bank Administration Fee
Non Student Author (first paper):
Payment Before 10 September 2018 : USD 450
Payment After 10 September 2018 : USD 500
Student Author (first paper):
Payment Before 10 September 2018 : USD 400
Payment After 10 September 2018 : USD 450
Extra paper (per paper, 2nd paper and onwards): USD 325
Extra page charge (per Page): USD 150
Conference Attendees: USD 200
All the conference attendees should be registered. Only registered authors can participate in conference and present their papers. If the registered author is absent, another co-author if his/her status can present the paper. If a student availed the deduction facility while registering and he/she is unable to make it, then another co-author student can present the paper.
Only full time scholars and students can avail the student deduction facility. Students should submit the scanned copy of the Identity Card along with the Bonafide Certificate from the Head of the College/University.
Step 2 – Copyright Transfer
Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form, a so-called ‘Consent to Publish’ form. Modified forms are NOT acceptable. Authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of the paper to Springer. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. In this case, the author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.
Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper Submission
Papers must be formatted using the Springer LNICST Authors’ Kit.

The most common types of papers accepted for TelSaTech 2018 publication are full papers (10–20 pages) where a page constitutes 300-400 words. We only wish to publish papers of significant scientific content.
