Free written pattern and a chart available here:

This lace shawl is without extra complicated details, but still interesting enough to knit.

I used:

3 balls (150 g / 5,28 oz or 525 m / 573 yards) white DROPS Baby Merino (or use some other baby weight yarn)
pair of long needles size 3,25 mm / US 3 (or use circular needles)
Gauge: 10×10 cm (4″x4″) = 18 sts x 38 rows

Measurements:

Length: 114 cm / 45 inches
Width: 35 cm / 14 inches
The shawl is knitted flat (back and forth).

  1. Sooooo…..I think I'm dumb. I tried following this but the numbers didn't add up. Not sure where I lost it but after the repeating x3 section I didn't have enough yarn for the last line of the pattern. What did I do wrong????

  2. Do i understand correctly that every even row is just knit all across? Beautiful design by the way!

  3. Adorable design. God bless you and yours family.

  4. Good tutorial! Following the chart of this pattern. My first knitting chart and still going good! Easy to follow. Making this scarf for my wedding. Zo beautifull

  5. I love it, but I can't do it. I didn't get the video. You gave the chart, but the chart seems distorted. The ninth row is incompatible. I'm crazy please help
