honestly it took a while for me to get the premise of this game. you gotta focus on so many things on just this one game but a tip for beginners: do not stress yourself if you don't get this game. look up a video or if you know someone who plays this game have them dumb it down for u if still can't get it. I remember really being annoyed at myself for not getting a simple premise for this game. it's not actually that hard. u might just think there are like said a lot of things to focus on in this game and it might confuse beginners.

We play it slightly different – We play the three cards from the stock pile version, but instead of the third card being on top, the first card is when they are flipped over. Don't know if this is a legit variation, or someone in the family got the rules backwards somewhere along the line.

Tried a few of these how to play. They start off great, then go really quik, wish they would be just as slow from begining to end. I'm no dummy, but got the idea, but just wanted a slow through play till end.

why would anybody need to move foundation cards to the row below?
